Our process
Work with your own architect or designer, or ask RBG for an introduction to an independent professional.
We review the property, intended scope, design status, timeframe and realistic investment range to confirm whether RBG is the right fit.
We work with your appointed architect or designer, or can introduce an independent professional. Design services, scope and fees are agreed directly with them, and any relevant commercial relationship will be disclosed before an introduction.
RBG manages the programme, trades, communication, quality control and project records throughout construction.
We coordinate completion, documentation, defect rectification and final close-out so the project is handed over methodically.
